These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and pk96 (hereinafter "pk96", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pk96.cam.

By accessing the pk96 website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the pk96 platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

The following terms, when used with initial capital letters, carry the meanings assigned below:

To open and maintain an Account on pk96, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal gambling age required in your applicable jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a business entity, agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk96 or any associated responsible gambling scheme.
• You must have verified that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or immediate family member of pk96 or any affiliated entity where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

pk96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Bonus funds.

Each User is permitted to hold one single Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to notify pk96 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

pk96 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, subject to returning any outstanding Real Money Balance where legally required.

pk96 is required to operate identity verification procedures consistent with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may be required at any stage of Account use.

Verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence confirming your registered residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the origin of deposited funds where required by compliance review.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the deposit method is owned by and registered to the Account holder.

pk96 endeavours to process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is fully satisfied. Providing fraudulent, altered or third-party documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

pk96 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via payment channels made available in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Available channels and their applicable minimum/maximum limits are subject to change without prior notice. Users should always verify current options directly in the Account cashier.

The following deposit conditions apply:

• Deposits must be funded exclusively from financial accounts and instruments owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These may vary by channel and are subject to change.
• pk96 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. pk96 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are subject to network confirmation requirements and exchange rate conditions at the time of conversion. Crypto availability in Pakistan is subject to applicable local law and is not guaranteed.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via available channels in the Account cashier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus funds must have their associated Wagering Requirements satisfied in full before related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing times are operator estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual processing may be affected by banking business hours, KYC review status and third-party provider schedules.
• pk96 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
• Winnings derived from the use of exploits, software errors or prohibited conduct are void and not eligible for withdrawal.

pk96 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms published at the point of promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets required before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Game Contribution Rates vary by game type. Slots may contribute 100% towards wagering; live dealer games and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Applicable rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cashout: Many bonuses carry a maximum withdrawable amount on winnings generated from bonus funds. This limit is stated in the individual Bonus Terms.
• Minimum Odds: Free bet promotions may require qualifying bets to be placed at minimum decimal odds as specified in the promotion.
• Bonuses are offered at pk96's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, amended or discontinued at any time without notice, provided existing active bonuses are honoured in accordance with the terms under which they were claimed.
• One bonus per registered household, device, IP address or payment method applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables and other gaming products available on pk96 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets are accepted subject to the Account having sufficient Available Balance to cover the stake at the time of bet placement. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet is confirmed as accepted by the pk96 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised prior to settlement.
• Displayed odds are indicative and may change between the time they are shown and the time a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between placement and confirmation, the User will be informed and may choose to accept or decline the revised odds.
• pk96 reserves the right to void bets where a material error in odds has occurred, where the market was suspended at the time of placement, or where prohibited conduct is identified.
• For live cricket markets including PSL T20 and ICC tournament fixtures, in-play odds reflect live market conditions and may be suspended during periods of exceptional play such as wickets, reviews and over changes.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or live dealer processes. RTP figures displayed on game information panels are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account per individual, household, device or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration, KYC or at any other stage.
• Use of automated software, bots, macros, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, market prices or bonus eligibility.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities, whether in the Platform, third-party game software or payment systems.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt influence on sporting events on which bets have been or may be placed.
• Unauthorised use of another person's payment method, Account credentials or identity.
• Systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse") in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.

All content on the pk96 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game content, data feeds and structural layout, is the intellectual property of pk96 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use any automated data extraction technique, web scraping tool or similar technology against the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk96 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

pk96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following player protection tools are available within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to remind you of elapsed session time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying current session duration and net activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned subject to KYC completion. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

pk96 reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including without the Account holder's prior consent where urgent intervention is considered appropriate.

pk96 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Account holder or their payment provider.
• A User's own self-exclusion request.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via a method determined by pk96, subject to successful identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, account data is retained for the period required by applicable legal and compliance obligations as set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk96, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, irrespective of the cause.
• Any loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from Platform use.
• Interruptions, errors, downtime or technical failures affecting access to the Platform or the availability of specific games or markets.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised access resulting from the User's own negligence.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers, including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Such providers operate independently and pk96 has no control over their systems or terms.

pk96 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk96 will provide reasonable notice to active Account holders via the registered email address and/or a prominent on-site notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.

Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, and updates required by law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk96 is incorporated or licensed (details of which are provided in the operator's applicable licensing documentation). By accepting these Terms you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact pk96's support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. pk96 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not achieved, Users may be entitled to escalate complaints through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms as specified in the operator's licensing terms.
